Terms of Service

By using this website or buying a service from Tawaklr, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or agreement says something different, that document applies to your project.

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Tawaklr, a digital agency based in Kasur, Punjab 55050, Pakistan. Tawaklr is not yet registered as a company.

2. Our services

This website describes our 18 services and their packages. The exact scope of your project is what your package lists, or what we agree with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp or by email) for a Custom package.

3. Packages and prices

• Every package has a fixed price, shown in US dollars and Pakistani rupees.
• Within a service, every package includes the shared features listed under "Every package includes". Packages differ by quantities, delivery time and bonuses.
• We may change our prices for new orders. A proposal you have accepted keeps its price.

4. Payments

Before we start, you get a proposal with one fixed price. Payment works like this:

• Orders under Rs 10,000: 100% in advance.
• Other orders: 50% in advance and 50% before delivery.
• Mobile Apps, Business Software and Games: 3 milestones of 30%, 40% and 30%.
• Monthly services: paid at the start of each month.

We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer in Pakistan, and Payoneer for international clients. Other payment methods are available on request.

Social Media Management and Monthly Maintenance plans can be cancelled anytime. Domain & Hosting is billed once a year. AI / Video Content is priced per pack.

5. Costs paid to others

Some costs are paid by you directly to other companies and are not part of our fee, including:

• Ad spend paid to Meta, Google or TikTok.
• Shopify's monthly plan.
• App store developer accounts (Google Play, Apple, Steam).
• WhatsApp Business API message fees paid to Meta, and paid plans of other apps.
• AI chatbot usage after the first 3 months, billed at actual cost unless it is included in a Monthly Maintenance plan.
• Domain extensions other than .com, priced at cost.

6. Delivery and revisions

Each package shows its delivery time and number of revisions. Delivery times depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. Changes beyond your package can be added as a Custom package.

7. Free extras and renewals

Website and online store packages include free extras, such as a .com domain and hosting for one year. After the first year, you can renew with our Domain & Hosting plan or move to any provider you like. Our free hosting covers WordPress (WooCommerce) stores; for Shopify stores we cover the domain.

8. Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the final designs, code and content we make for you belong to you. Packages that list a full source code handover include it. Parts made by others, such as fonts, stock media, plugins and themes, stay under their own licences.

9. Security audits

We only test systems you own, with your written permission. Before we start, you sign a short authorization form. This is a legal requirement.

10. Partner program

• Every partner level is free to join.
• Launch Partners earn 20% commission on every project they refer, for as long as the client stays, paid within 7 days of the client's payment.
• Grow Partners get 30% off our prices and resell under their own brand at their own price.
• Scale Partner (growth partnership) terms are agreed case by case, in writing.

11. Training and internships

Every Training & Courses package includes an internship at Tawaklr after you complete it. Internships are remote, last 3 months and are unpaid. Interns who complete them receive a Tawaklr certificate, and top interns may be offered paid work on real client projects.

12. Liability

Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
