Who we are, how we work and where.
What does Tawaklr do?
We're a digital agency based in Kasur. We make websites and online stores, logos, apps, chatbots and videos, and we help with social media and ads. There are 18 services in all, and you can start with just one.
Do you use AI or build custom?
Both, honestly. AI helps us move faster on the routine parts. The parts that make your business different are done by hand, and a person checks all of it before you see it.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, in any time zone, and every price is shown in USD and PKR.
Where are you based?
Kasur, Punjab 55050, Pakistan. We work with clients everywhere on WhatsApp, calls and email.
Pricing & payments
Fixed prices in US dollars and Pakistani rupees.
How much does a website cost?
Websites start from $54 / Rs 15,000 (Launch). Grow is $107 / Rs 30,000 and Scale is $179 / Rs 50,000. Every website comes with a free domain, hosting and logo.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Every package has one fixed price, shown in US dollars and Pakistani rupees. Need something different? Pick Custom and we'll work one out with you on WhatsApp.
What is not included in the price?
What you pay other companies: ad spend, Shopify plans, app store accounts, WhatsApp Business API fees and similar. Each service lists these in its notes, so nothing comes as a surprise.
How do monthly plans work?
Social Media Management and Monthly Maintenance plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Digital Marketing & Ads is billed monthly too; your ad spend goes directly to Meta, Google or TikTok.
How do payments work?
Before we start, you get a proposal with one fixed price. Orders under Rs 10,000 are paid 100% in advance; other orders are 50% in advance and 50% before delivery. Mobile apps, business software and games are paid in 3 milestones: 30%, 40% and 30%. Monthly services are paid at the start of each month.
Which payment methods do you accept?
JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer in Pakistan, and Payoneer for international clients. Other methods are available on request.

What do I get for free?
With every website: a logo, a .com domain and hosting for a year, Google Business Profile and basic SEO setup, themed post frames, 4 to 12 weeks of free maintenance, training and WhatsApp support.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Every website has an edit-it-yourself admin panel (CMS), and we train you to use it: 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your package.
Are the domain and hosting really free?
Yes, for the first year. After that you can renew with our Domain & Hosting plan from $21 / Rs 6,000 a year, or anywhere you like.
Shopify, WordPress or Daraz?
Tell us what you sell and we'll suggest one. Shopify charges its own monthly plan; WordPress (WooCommerce) stores run on our free hosting; Daraz can be added to either.
What happens after launch?
We're still here. Every website includes 4 to 12 weeks of free maintenance and updates. After that you can join a Monthly Maintenance plan from $11 / Rs 3,000 a month.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we'll suggest a package with one fixed price. You don't pay anything until you decide to go ahead.
What do I need to send you?
Whatever you have: a sketch, a screenshot, a voice note or a few lines about your business. It doesn't need to be perfect.
How long does it take?
A Launch website takes 5-7 days, Grow 10-14 days and Scale 15-21 days. Every project package on our Pricing page shows its delivery time too.
What if no package fits me?
Every service has a Custom option. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a package around what you need.

Is the partner program free to join?
Yes. Every partner level is free to join: 20% commission as a referral partner, 30% off as a white-label partner, or a growth partnership by application.
When do partners get paid?
Referral partners are paid their commission within 7 days of the client paying us, on every project and every month of monthly services.
Do course students get an internship?
Yes. Every Training & Courses package includes an internship at Tawaklr after you finish your course.
What is the internship like?
Remote, 3 months and unpaid. You finish with a Tawaklr certificate, and our top interns get paid work on real client projects.
